I really enjoy the end of this post, the part that deals with the Fair Pay Act. This is one way to ensure that females have all the opportunities to succeed. This act aims to help females become successful in the workplace. Having legal acts such as this is important to help ensure equality, but there are other types of help that exist for women. For example, there are schools that exist, such as the Chrysalis School Montana, which attempt to help girls overcome obstacles in their lives so that they can have the opportunity to learn and grow past their difficulties and hardships. By helping girls overcome adversity, and by helping women to earn equal pay, it seems that the future may be a little brighter for all women.
